For Customers Located in the United States of America:

The 'COMPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS', the 'USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS' and the 'CLEDARA MASTERCARD BUSINESS CHARGE CARD AGREEMENT' all apply to all Cledara Customers and Users located in the United States of America.

For Customers located in the United Kingdom:

By signing up to Cledara, you agree that you have read the Account Terms and Conditions, which has
important information about how my personal data will be used by third parties and the potential consequences.

If you signed up to Cledara or agreed to our Terms and Conditions most recently on or after 17 August 2023:

The 'SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS' and 'Modulr Introduced Clients Terms of Business' applies to all Customers and Users of Cledara located in the UK that signed up to Cledara or agreed to our Terms and Conditions most recently on or after 17 August 2023.

The 'PRIVACY POLICY' applies to all Customers and Users of Cledara.

The 'REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS' applies to all customers eligible for Cledara Rewards, including those using discount or promotional codes.

As a UK Modulr Introduced Client please see this explanatory note which highlights the key points which are included within your contract with Modulr. We know that agreements relating to financial services can be complicated so have put together this reference document to help.

The 'SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS' and 'PAYRNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS' applies to all Customers and Users of Cledara located in the United Kingdom that signed up to Cledara or agreed to our Terms and Conditions most recently on or before 16 August 2023.

The 'MICRO-ENTERPRISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS MASTERCARD DEBIT CARDS ISSUED BY PAYRNET LIMITED' applies to Customers of Cledara located in the United Kingdom considered 'Micro-Enterprises' under the definition of The Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) - including those with turnover less than €2 million, a balance sheet total not exceeding €2 million or employ less than 10 people.

The 'CORPORATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS MASTERCARD DEBIT CARDS ISSUED BY PAYRNET LIMITED' applies to all Customers of Cledara located in the United Kingdom not considered 'Micro-Enterprises', as defined above.

The 'PRIVACY POLICY' applies to all Customers and Users of Cledara.

The 'REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS' applies to all customers eligible for Cledara Rewards, including those using discount or promotional codes.

For Customers located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"):

The 'SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS' and 'Modulr Finance Introduced Clients Terms and Conditions' applies to all Customers and Users of Cledara located in the EEA.

The 'PRIVACY POLICY' applies to all Customers and Users of Cledara.

The 'REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS' applies to all customers eligible for Cledara Rewards, including those using discount or promotional codes.
