Cledara Spend is an extension of Cledara, a powerful tool designed to help SMEs control, manage, and account for all their corporate spending. It simplifies financial processes by providing visibility into company spending, offering cards, and integrating seamlessly with popular accounting systems like Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.
Cledara customers can activate Cledara Spend at no additional cost. If you’re not a Cledara customer, then you must create an account first. Book a demo to learn more.
Cledara Spend offers 30 free cards in every plan, and additional cards can be added for a one-time fee.
Cledara Spend offers 10 free virtual cards in the following countries: Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. More countries will be added soon.
Cledara Spend cards are powered by Visa, so you can use them anywhere where Visa is accepted.
Yes. Currently, Cledara Spend integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.
Yes, Cledara Spend Cards can currently be added to Google Wallet and will soon be compatible with Apple Wallet as well.
Not at the moment. Currently, employees can make payments using a Cledara Spend card, and use the mobile app to upload receipts.
While you can flag out-of-policy expenses, adding general policies like meal allowances or travel limits are not yet available.
Cledara Spend is only available for businesses located in the UK and the EEA (European Economic Area), with plans to expand to the US soon.
We recommend the app to scan and upload receipts. Essentially, manage expenses on the go. But you don’t need it to enjoy Cledara Spend. You can access it from your regular Cledara dashboard.
